I am a huge Tyler Perry fan and love all his plays and movies that I have watched so far. However, I was very disappointed in the turn in the plot towards the end and the way the affected party moved on so casually to a new hot interest. This sounds a little vague but I am trying not to spoil it for anyone who has not seen it although it's been out for a long time now.
Pros well paced, great actors, good story not great
Cons unreal depiction of grieving process

This movie is funny from start to end. The best part is that it has scenes for both men and women so it is not a "girly" movie that guys will feel forced to watch. I watched it twice in two weekends and laughed just as hard the second time - it is just that good!
Pros well paced, great story, great actors
