Thumbs Up for The King's Speech

My husband and I and another couple went to see the movie. I did not think the husbands would like it, but we all thought it was excellent. As my husband commented, they did a great job making a fairly mundane/boring subject into a fascinating tale. It had us engaged from the opening scene, kept us interested throughout, and wanting more at the end. It provided a very personal insight into a slice of history that was previously unknown to us.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
