Pixar's worst sequel

This movie is geared for older children, my 4 yr old and 3 yr old (who loved the first Cars movie when younger), were bored and wanted to go home before the movie ended. The humour was very adult and what especially concerned me was all the violence with cars killing other cars. Unlike the first installment this sequel was not much about racing or the main character Mcqueen, instead it revolved around Mater and some James Bond type environmentalism 'big-oil' plot. Very disappointed.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Excellent kid movie

Watched this movie with my 6 and 3yr old children. They both enjoyed it very much, my six year old in particular said it had been her favorite movie.
The film is geared for very young children, adults might find it a little corny however I was happy to see a clean, fun kid movie that tended to avoid crass [adult] humor. The only subliminal message was that the evil mayor was surrounded by imagery that made him look conservative….
