Good action movie

This is a good action movie with a decent amount of humor, and it's at least semi-intelligent. While it's not a great film, it is worth seeing. Better than the majority of junk of there in the theaters.

Nothing new

The special effects are good, but the acting seems wooden. Even Jeff Bridges was phoning it in. The sequel really misses the personality of the original. There's hardly anything new in this movie. It doesn't add anything to Tron 1982, and it even copies elements from other movies such as Star Wars, The Matrix, even Top Gun.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
