Engaging and honest

This movie respects both the subject, King George VI, and us, the audience. The movie appealed to me because of Colin Firth and to my 19-year old who, afterward, pointed out all the artists who had also worked on the Harry Potter films. Our suburban theater was packed on Christmas afternoon for this film - I won't be surprised when it garners Oscars.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
