The Real Deal

This movie perfectly captured the nature of the threat that our soldiers face out in Iraq. I live by Ft. Riley (home of 1st Infantry - Big Red One) and was able to talk to some soldiers about the film. By and large they thought the movie captured the fear that IEDs gave them. In what I would consider to be a very tight movie (one that doesnt have a lot of excess that doesnt deal with the focus of the movie) the range of circumstances that are covered is impressive. This movie will give you a quick introduction to what the Iraq War looks like on the ground.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
