This movie was GREAT and easy to see where it could come true. I recommend it for reflection on what we all must do to protect the innocent and save the planet

Went to see this today, was a movie that if you understand that "privacy" is something long gone with NSA and other companies private and public you can enjoy this. The sad thing is this movie highlights the type of corporate espionage and you can only imagine what Governments (ALL) can do. Today's threats of theft, piracy, terrorism, international espionage have taken us all to this environment. I believe it will only get more intense as technology and events demand the need.
Pros great story, great actors

My wife and I truly enjoyed this movie. We found that the critics reviews which then became others who wanted to jump on the band wagon, were way off base. We left the movie hoping for more. I hope fans will give it a chance and not listen to neigh sayers who like putting Disney and Johnny Depp down. For my money Disney and Johnny Depp always give me great return. Go see it for yourself.

It had several funny parts that made me laugh. I thought was a good movie not great, but these types of movies depend on your up bringing. My wife who is from Asia found it confusing...I guess the inferred humor did not cross over too well.

Cons more for adults than pg-13

The movie was OUTSTANDING. My wife and I saw it in IMAX (2D) and loved it from start to finish. The story, the actors, the special effects were absolutely fantastic. The director has "rebooted" the legion of Super Man and I strongly recommend watching it.

This is number 6 in the series and was very exciting. Enjoyed the cars and action. They definitely left the door open for a number 7.

My wife and I saw it on Thursday (May 16) and it was OUTSTANDING. It was very interesting how J Abrams intertwined the characters from the Star Trek's with William Shatter at the same time gave it a unique movie. The special effects were amazing. I can't wait until the next one and to see what he comes up with in the new Star Wars.

An OUTSTANDING movie, the story is believable and all too real. I feel confident that our Government has considered these ideas and developed countermeasures. I was clapping in several parts when Butler's character took out the terrorist. It was clear to see the US Secret Service and others doing their job to protect the President and the Nations continued existence. The movie used events and real news methods to convey the plausibility of the scenario.
