Been a lifelong Speed Racer fan, thoroughly enjoyed this flick. Very family friendly, but has a couple of curse words, so prep your child. Eye candy!!!!!!

If you liked the spider-man or the X-men movies, you'll enjoy this picture. This film will rejuvenate Robert Downey JRs career, because he stole the show, as he should have. Howard, Paltrow, and especially Bridges help bring the story to life; but it is Downey who draws you into the tale. Wouldn't recommend for small children (under 6) because of the intensity of his 'origin' story line, but it is suitable for the whole family; took my 9 year old and he can't stop talking about how cool Ironman is. All in all stays true to the comics but has a breath of Hollywood(awesome special FX!!), would recommend to all.
