Didn't stand on its own

The movie captured my attention, and the action was well paced. This is no small feat, given that the first half of book 7 was quite slow and dragging in parts. However, this movie affirmed my suspicion that breaking book 7 into two movies was a bad call. This was the only HP movie that did not stand on its own, in my opinion. The movie was a series of events that, while interesting, did not comprise a full plot. With that being said, it is still a must see for any HP fan. I'll try to remain optimistic that Part 2 will feel like a complete movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
