My wife and took our soon to be 3 Granddaughter to see this film. The colors, characters and action held her interest while the contemporary dialogue and character interaction kept our interest as well. Didn't like the doll like faces with no eye movement but overall it was well done and very appropriate for children. Adults will probably get more out of it from hearing the original story in the past but this adaptation gets the story across in a believeable experience for all ages.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
