Does not follow the book! If you thought it did, reread it! There is no need to sensationalize this story. The writer did an incredible job on her own lets keep it that way. I was suprised there were SEVERAL deviations from the original story, the first being at the very beginning of the movie. Not a good start. They also chose to focus on the gore of the birth a lot longer than necessary. It was still a good movie I'm just hoping part two is closer to the book.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
