First, the title had nothing to do with the movie.
I loved the animation within the movie. Generally, the movie was just OK. The Francois character was done clumsily and looked too odd. I understood the idea why Twisp wore high-water pants, but it was unnecessary. The occasional high-water pant would have been fine, but for the entire movie? I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.
