Pretty Faithful Interpretation

I thought they were fairly true to the book. I think they did pretty good keeping the most important parts intact.
I forgive some the inconsistencies and alterations that were done, after all, there is only so much that can be fit in the time frame.
There were several points in the movie that the theater chuckled or laughed out loud.
Leaving Harry's house at the beginning was pretty good, though there was a little left out with Dudley that I would have liked to have seen.
I wish the last few Harry Potter books could have the 12 hour (per book) mini-series treatment.
I am already antsy waiting for Part 2.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
