Felt longer than an hour and a half.
It was weak and on the nose. The narrative was not well crafted and the trickery used to mask that deficiency only enhanced it.
It moved far too slowly. The pace was self important and a detriment to the film.
Maybe this movie is brilliant if you are super stoned, but otherwise it was a snore.
It wasn't even campy. I heard one person in the audience say "Is this supposed to be a comedy?" Sadly it failed on all counts.
I was hoping for something much more interesting.
Cons slow, lack of character development
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Blah,
The only thing good about this movie was the music, except the rendition of NY NY.
I walked out after an hour.
I love a great art film, but this was contrived and self indulgent. It was on the nose. There was a great opportunity to make something great about addiction, but it fell flat.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
