Ok, so, after having read all of the books and then seeing the movies and being slightly disappointed about what all got cut out, finally, we can watch a movie that follows the book! It is FABULOUS!! It follows the book well and although I hate that it is split into two movies, I would rather have that than have it all cut up. So, there are a few scary spots, one short scene that is sexual (although there is no nudity), so I don't think that younger children should see it. It is well acted and just a great movie. I cannot wait for the last one!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
