Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1

It was good, true to the book. I like the fact that the characters in the movie have grown up (with my own kids). It happens rarely that anything you began with when your kids were little still maintains significance and interest to all of us as they get older. This portion of the story was more cerebral and had less action than part 2 will have. That was the only drag I suppose but I'm glad they are covering it all. Looking forward to buying the whole series on video and watching them closer together. Also completely looking forward to Part 2 in the theater.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
