This is exactly why you watch the movie yourself instead of going by the reviews of those "professional critics".
Secretariat is an excellent movie, it has all the things which reach out to everyone and touches the heart and because it is based on a true story, it makes it even better.
Don't listen to the critics, listen to your heart and go see it, you won't regret that you did.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
