I truly thought this movie has a great story line and if parents could get their children to reflect on what they learned from this movie about the never give up, I can do this no matter what attitude. There is so much to be gained from Movies than just the Entertainment aspect. I am 60 years old and I enjoyed this movie more than I thought I was going too. I don't think very many people much younger than me would even know about Old Yeller which was referred to in this movie, which is one of my favorite movies when I was a kid.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors
Yes, I recommend this movie.
