Good. Special effects were great. Some scenes were unnecessary (making the movie 'sexy' was unnecessary, thank you very much). Some of the dialogue was silly, but maybe that just had to do with Ron being Ron and all he was dealing with regarding Harry and Hermione. Could have been somewhat condensed. And agreed, Hedwig's Theme should last longer than 2 seconds.
Fun to watch, but part 2 should be better simply because of the way the book is structured - less running and hiding around, more action.
