Good but too long

Saw it in IMAX 3D.
Good story, great visuals, but tended to drag on at times.
I have to believe that my score would have been lower if I hadn't seen it in 3D and/or IMAX. Seeing it in 3D gives it a real Star Tours feel.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Too Bad I'd Already Seen The Dark Knight

A very good movie overshadowed by The Dark Knight. At the end, I couldn't help but have that feeling of "I've been here before."
Regardless, very good movie and I'd definitely be buying it on Bluray.

I've seen it twice already.
The acting and the story are great.
What I really loved about it was that they genuinely made an effort to stay true to the comics, instead of trying to add their own b.s. "interpretations" of the characters. The story lines, in particular, were very true to the comics (the Iron Man suit you see in the beginning is how the original suit used to look).
Still, one does not have to be a fan (or even know) the comics to totally enjoy this movie. Twice I went with people who knew nothing about Iron Man and both loved it.
Can't wait for the sequels.
