I waiting in line (at the very front) for around 12 hours to see the IMAX movie at 12:01am. I was not dissapointed! It was one of the most amazing Harry Potters ever shown, and since they split this into two parts they put way more detail into this movie then they put into any other.
With a few major exceptions on how things happened in the book to how they filmed it, this movie was much more accurate then any other. The major difference in the book/film switch over happened in the very beginning as Harry escapes. After that with one or two major exceptions that actually made the film even better; it follows the book well.
There was one scene, no spoilers; about three/forth though the movie when Harry and Hermione are visiting a well known area. Had the action scene been in 3D I might have actually crapped my pants, dispite knowing what was coming; honestly. As it was they did such an amazing job that I had to fight myself not to scream. Of course not everyone managed to stay quiet. If you have ssssseen the movie I am ssssure you know what I am talking about.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
