Up close... REALLY!!!

The window to this show, as a movie, gave us such a connection to the cast, that we felt we were on stage rather than in the audience.
Garrison likes to warm up the audience before the show and he managed to do it with one of his guests walking through St. Paul. He's a genius!
The musical guests were all top notch and I'm particularly a fan of Sarah Watkins. Her mellow voice is unique.
I did sort of wish for more comedy skits and, as good as they all were, perhaps one less musical guest would have permitted time for this.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
