If you have faithfully read the books as well as seen the movies, you most likely will be gleeful about this one! Follows the book more closely than any before, verbatim lines often, greatly enhanced acting skills, and new characters add to the enjoyment. The big downfall, however, was the poor music score, actually detracted from the movie. It's lack of memorable songs, themes, and background music was a terrible disappointment. I am regretful that Desplat was chosen for Part II.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
