No story, 2 hrs too long

This film runs 2 hrs 20 minutes. Sean Penn is in it for 10 minutes, Brad for maybe 40...
The rest of it is a long & self indulgent movie with about 10 minutes of story... This is not a film, this is a 2.5 hour screen saver...
No, I do not recommend this movie.
