A three cry show

I came to the show wanting something funny. This American Life the radio show had been a downer recently. Each story had its humor, but the poignant parts really hit me.
Mike B. with his change of heart. Starlee with her realizations about her parents. Most of all Dan Savage choking up while telling us about his mother's death.
To quote Follies, "I'm so glad I came."
Yes, I recommend this movie.
