While Pitch Perfect seemed like an amazingly entertaining movie from the previews, I was totally bored and disappointed. The story was predictable and boring, the acting was horrendous (even for a teen movie, which, btw, I'm not sure it was) and the singing portions too far and few between and too short. The best part of this movie was the lead male and "fat Amy" they were amazing and I hope they find a vehicle more suitable for their huge talents. The dialogue was not appropriate for younger viewers (lots of sexual innuendos) and not "grown-up" enough for mature viewers. I was hoping for a wonderfully entertaining movie about singing and what I ended up with was a boring, dull attempt at entertainment. The best thing about the movie was the popcorn ;)

No, I do not recommend this movie.
