Took my grandsons to this movie, though it is not my usual first choice movie genre. The IMAX experience and photography were both stunning. Many scenes were great because of IMAX and I would have rated this movie four stars if seen on a standard screne.

Outstanding Opera

I have been to all of the HD performances and feel that this one was the best yet. Sound and quality much improved over last transmission. Love the interviews and backstage information that makes you feel more part of the production than just the audience.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Outstanding Performance

Of the three Met HD so far this season I enjoyed this production the best - both for the music, and the performers. The first two productions however did not have the transmission problems this one did - need to fix as it really interrupts the performance.
