This movie is especially timely considering the irrational leadership of Iran and North Korea, and the instability in Pakistan (a country with nuclear weapons). The film is not just about the "near misses" of the cold war era; it also devotes extensive discussion to the dangers today of terrorists acquiring these weapons, and the ease with which they could be smuggled across national boundaries. I would recommend this film to anyone concerned with preserving peace and stability in our troubled world.
