Best part is the inspired character of the magical Nanny McPhee who is just as compelling this time(but can be enjoyed without having seen the first movie). Lots of physical comedy, sight gags, plus a real story. Great for kids AND adults. Didn't want Nanny to leave either!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
