Didn't live up to hype

I found this movie enjoyable but had expected something deeper. Julia Roberts is always fantastic but there seemed to be something missing in the plot. My daughter loved the book and said they weren't able to capture the depth of the characters as the book had. I found it easy to walk away and not look or thnk back to the movie. Somewhat disappointing in that regard!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
