MST3K -new and improved

the one thing that MST3K could never do as a TV shjow was put you in the theater with other like minded "Misties" to enjoy the humor that unified us. Riff-Trax live accomplishes this beautifully. Their choice of "House On Haunted HIll" was a great seasonal selection and combined with the two shorts was a great evening of entertainment. Another bonus to the live riffing is the interaction the guys have with the audience while doing it. All in all this was the best 12.50 I've spent in quite awhile.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Take the old MSTies and give them a colorized version of "Reefer Madness" and you end up with an entertaining evening. As a long time MST fan there is something very inviting about going to the theater and experiencing these movies with like minded folks. The humor was sharp and as topical as ever, and of course the shorts were wonderful. I was particularly impressed by their choice and handling of the one about "Grass", not the smoking kind, but the stuff outside your house. Must see for the bad movie lovers of the world.
