Lots of action. The Rock was great. Loved the fight scene between them. Nice twist at the end. Would highly recommend

Everything went as expected, but the action kept you on the edge of your seat wondering how the ending would take place.

Not as good as the first one

Don't get me wrong. The movie was very good, especially if you have been in the mortgage industry such as I have been and familiar with the subprime/toxic debt they are speaking of. The movie had twists from the characters, some expected and some not. My wife didn't care much for the movie but she doesn't really keep up with the financial industry and was lost at some points. Overall I would have given it 3.5 stars if possible with the first movie getting 4.0. If you are in the financial industry, especially mortgage, I would recommend this movie. If you don't follow the market, you will still enjoy it but be prepared to get lost at times.
