More Hype, than laughs

It had very funny moments, but overall, it dragged. They had tons of funny actors in this movie and hardly gave anyone but steve carell a line. Apart, from Carell's character the only other character I enjoyed was the psycho-stalker Darla everyone else was just a human prop. I was expecting to "laugh so hard my face hurt", instead I found myself chuckling and waiting about 15 mins for the next funny part... disappointment.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
