I was amazed by this movie - the special affects were great and the plot really drew me in. I wasn't sure what to expect as I had stayed away from reading reviews that gave away the story. It greatly exceeded any expectations I had of it and now I totally understand the hype!

This movie will delight everyone in the family, from the youngest kids to the adults. Very cleverly done and one that can be watched over and over again to see all the details in it.

Great move but leave the young kids at home

The story was wonderful and the 3D imagery was great. It starts with a poignant love story and definitely has many teary-eyed moments throughout. Best to leave the younger kids at home and enjoy it with older ones or just other adults. A definite must see movie.

We took our 9 year old daughter - we all loved it and have just bought the book and the sequel - hoping they will make a sequel to the movie too.
