INCEPTION.. is an extra-ordinary cinematic exposition of the mysterious and powerful nature of "the mind" and its various levels of energy and " thought " as the creative element of so-called reality.
Taking the movie-goer on a mind bending and challenging action-propelled IN-ploration of The Mind through the exposition of 5 major characterizations. An exquisitely constructed cinematic maze and mystery revealing the un-revealed contents and conflicts of the dreaming and subconscious mind.. Dr. Freud would revel in its strange beauty and fear-filled struggles to reveal truth ...and re-solve deep emotional issues through great inner cathartic experiences. All the characters are perfect in their expositions, especially Leonardo DiCaprio (Cobb) Master "extractor" and now 'Inceptor," is intense and intent on his goal "to get home" to reality .. and Marion Cotillard, ( Mal ) a movie star of poise that is flourishing and blossoming with every film that she now appears. With her unique femme fatale, alluring beauty, she is a glowing film reminiscence, a French version of Marlene Dietrich, but more stunningly beautiful. And .. last moment of this spectacular, "Therapeutic Action- Adventure" film (a new genre) calls out for one deep breath and many conversations after the credits have rolled on by. By the way, the musical score is a masterpiece from the great, Hans Zimmer, is a driving, throbbing presence in every scene. And IMAX is Grand without comparison.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
