A good looking movie...with a captivating plot...

Somewhere between 2000 and 2010, it has become almost impossible to go see a movie at the theaters where the plot is just as entertaining as the effort put into the FX, the looks of the actors, the soundtrack, etc. The very few that have made the cut, stand head and shoulders above the rest - Gladiator, etc. Although Inception may not come close to the epic feel of a movie like Gladiator, still I believe its going to stand out as such a gem from 2010; the actors pull off a great performance, the visual art and cinematography is excellent, the plot and story telling is compelling, theres action and emotional closeness all in one. It also helps that the subject matter isnt a 3d remake of an old 70s movie.
