Yo! If you liked the original classic Friday (1995, Ice Cube, Chris Tucker, Nia Long) your gonna love this move! Allot of the same elements with some excellent twists and turns. Loved Cube's character and Bow Wow did some great stuff here...a summer MUST SEE!
Okay...so it's a little "out there", but you can't be expecting anything different from the previews. This movie is a crazy nerdy kind of comedy (duh...) that is very entertaining and fun! Just go with it...!!
Funny, funky adult family fun! This comedy has it all...it's serious, it's sad, it's touching and endearing, all with great laugh's along the way. A memorable "gem" you won't want to miss!!
Although I've seen better special effects in other animal movies that use "real" dogs and cats (i.e. Disney's Beverly Hills Chihuahua), this move aught to do well with the kids. The story presents the classic feud between Dog's, their owners (a mans best friend) and the "loner" cat very well. Great laughs!
Boring. Predictable. Desperate. Ridiculous. Just like the LA Dodger's Manny Ramirez. (I used to like Manny...B4 his greedy hold outs...) but I digress. This movie just scrapes the bottom of the fan base barrel for money from the Predator series. Bringing in such Academy award winners like Adrien Brody didn't help this movie one bit. Wait for the DVD release.
...for a remake nearly 27 years later! As a big fan of the original Karate Kid, I had my serious doubts, but Smith is likeable and plays the part well. I had a hard time swallowing Chan's Mr. Miagi ...his performance seemed "forced" at times. I was glad to see they stuck to the original story as much as possible. The movie will do well for a new generation. Hope to see a sequal maybe in a couple of years. I would see it...
Don't. This movie has more of a "dark" side that creates more questions than answers, like what is the character played by Hill really capable of? Is he really having sex with his mother? And what about the shoes...does he have some weird fetish? All the weird stares and glares just got under my skin. Kinda spooky in a way.
