"UP" is the way to go for family fun!

This film has made me realize (with no small sense of wonder and some sadness) that animated films have now actually become more valuable tools for conveying complex ideas and deep emotions than modern "adult" films do these days. I feel as if the tables have been flipped over and nowadays the "cartoons" are the R rated action films.
Up is a great film by any standard and the voiceover acting is superb. Both my daughter and me enjoyed it immensely despite the fairly large gap between our ages. It is both highly entertaining and a deeply moving film. Go see it! Well worth the expense and the trip to the theater.

Great Family Movie!

I took my 9 year old daughter and her classmate to watch this film. We all enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this film for family entertainment.
