I am an avid fan of the book series, but never gave into the hype until after Twilight the movie was released. I read all of the books in a weekend last summer and Eclipse, the book was my favorite because of the Vampire/wolves alliance. I was a little nervous about the movie because it always seemed that when the movies were released, people that loved the book, never liked the movie. However, I absolutely LOVED this movie. I have seen it twice, once for the midnight release and then the 3rd of July. I loved the backstory of Jasper and with the story making it onto the big screen gave a better understanding to why Jasper was the way he was in the first 2 movies. I will be going back to see it again. If you love the books, this movie does not disappoint. It is filled with action, humor, as well as love and heart-break.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
