Not Just a Vamp Harlequin movie..

I am the father of four daughters; three teen and one tween. I have shared in the reading of the series with them. We have done the same with the Potter series. We have gotten a little critical of the Potter transitions to film as many major facets of the storyline are diminished or eliminated - we enjoy them for what they are. Twilight is a solid, well acted movie. One of the best features is how it preserved the integrity of the novel. There are no new characters, no elimination or twists on the storyline ( we can only dream of how much more we could have gotten from the Potter movies if held to the same standards...) no additives to make it more this or that.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
