Caught Me By Surprise!

I must not have been paying attention, because I thought I was going to a Bollywood Comedy. It is anything but that! One of the most powerful movies I have ever seen. The children in the movie were spectacular actors as were the adults who played the children grown up, and of course the main character. It had some of the violence of "Midnight Express" which I had to walk out of 35 years ago, but this was doable - only a couple of scenes that were graphically hard to watch. Just a mixture of experiences that leave you worn out at the end for having seen it. But glad you did.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
