First, forget that this is a remake of a John Wayne movie and then you won't have any expectations. Bridges was a very good, gruff old fart. Hailee Steinfeld was outstanding and should have a great acting carrier. The movie was the typical law chasing the bad guys, but still enjoyable. Hollywood needs to tone down the graphic bloody scenes as they aren't necessary. Shoot someone and they fall down. We don't needs to see blood splatter and body parts fly-so don't take young kids to this. But do see it as it was worth the price of admission and fun to watch another western for a change.

My wife and I enjoyed this movie. Just enough intrigue, sexual tension, action and violence to keep us glued to the screen - as if Jolie wasn't enough for me. :) You are also provided with a cop you want to slap just for good measure. But Ange, gain some weight please.

Unfriggin real! By far the best SiFi moving ever. I'll go again AND buy the Blue Ray when it becomes available. If you like SiFi movies you DO NOT want to miss this one. Spectacular animation, a simple story line that sucks you in, and an ending you hope for. However, it is 2hr 40 min long so don't drink too much because you can't leave!

This was a good, but perdictable movie. The actors did a good job, but the script was a remake/simular to other movies.
