I feel the way about this movie that I felt about New Moon when I walked out of the theater. However, I re-watched New Moon at home on my own TV and it was much better, so I expect the same will happen with this one.
Overall, I found the movie to be slow and too ponderous, just like I did New Moon. Too much dialogue, not enough action. Maybe this is the way junior high school girls process thoughts (I can't remember, it was too long ago for me) so perhaps this works for their main audience.
I am increasingly finding the lack of physical interaction on the part of Bella and Edward to be kind of ridiculous. Even in MY short lifetime (compared to Edward) my own moral stance on sex being "evil" has changed dramatically. It is a natural and beautiful part of life, and I find it hard to believe that Edward hasn't emotionally "evolved" in 99 years. Very frustrating for me. But again, I am not 13. :)
No, I do not recommend this movie.
