I recommend this movie with reservations. It is far too intense (unecessarily) for sensitive children. The violence and emotional drama goes overboard imo. Technically, the movie is great and some of the new characters are funny but I heard more crying than I did laughing in the theatre. Also, I'm sorry but most of the reviews on this site are obviously written by marketing/PR folks.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
