Not the best but OK

This movie was funny in some parts but not worth paying full price. It had a FEW funny parts but slow moving. The jokes were predictable. Don't waste a date night on this movie, wait for the rental or HBO. The actors were fine but not much material to work with. I agree with the other reviewer, the wife was just annoying, not funny.

This movie was better than I thought it would be. Although long, it didn't drag. If you can get past the violence, it's entertaining. Brad Pitt was my favorite!

One of the Best!!

This was one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. No bedroom scenes, violence or less than imaginative language. Truly just a good story with some of the best actors. Go see it & own it when it comes out on DVD!

Good Family Fun

A good movie to keep everyone entertained. Everyone in our group, ranging in age from 9-79, really enjoyed this summer flick. No over the top effects or nonstop action you have a hard time keeping up with. Take the whole family & enjoy!

Good Kids Movie

Save your money & don't see it in 3D. Not a whole lot of 3D action to write about, in fact I can't remember one 3D scene. Overall the movie was a good summer flick for kids. Nothing offensive, a good movie the whole family will enjoy.

Yes, I get it, some people thought the language was offensive but you know what, that's life people. Guys really do think like that & men & women really talk like that. If you are someone who frequents kids movies then yes, you may be offended. My suggestion is to get out of the computer animated G rated world you are living in & join the adults more often. It's just a movie people!!! Did anyone who complained happen to notice the R rating? Do your research next time you want to see movie & heed the MPAA rating, they are posted for a reason.

See it just for the action

OK, way too much bad language for a movie geared toward kids & let's be honest it's based on a kid's toy. I took my tween who was surprised at the language but loved the action. It doesn't feel like a 2 hours + movie, that part was done well. There is no real plot here if you don't follow these types of movies, you may be lost. See it for the action because the acting is pretty much just running, screaming and hiding (no oscars here). Fun summer flick if you have time to kill and want to see a bunch of stuff get blown up.

Fun Flick

OK, if you have ever seen a romantic comedy you already know the story, but who cares it's all in the way it's told. Fun movie, don't expect Oscar winning performances and no, I didn't buy Betty White as a hippie type grandma either, but she was entertaining. Took my tween & she enjoyed as well. Nothing to be embarrassed about & if you are then shame on you, you should have already had that talk with your daughter!
