Took girls aged 11 to see & they very much enjoyed the show. It was entertaining for adults too. Don't know why some say annoying for adults, I found it to be typical kid's summer movie. Boys probably won't be as entertained. If your child has read the series or not they will still find enjoyable.
Save for a night with the girls, guys may not find the humor so funny but anyone involved in wedding planning will love this. Go see, leave the kids with their Dad & have fun. The female hangover but not as graphic.
Fun movie to start the summer. The soundtrack was so from your childhood! Good suspense & special effects. Worth the price of admission. Go see but don't take smaller children, wouldn't understand the plot & may get scared in some parts.
Old story told in a new & entertaining way. The animation was really cool & the jokes were funny and some more for the parents. Elton John did a great job with the music. Good to see with the whole family.
Although I do not care for Adam Sandler movies in general this one was not bad. It was entertaining, however, I did not think there was much chemistry between Aniston and Sandler. Still worth seeing on a date or girl's night out. Not for kids.
This movie would only be appealing to couples that have been together a long time, therefore I found it hilarious! Only rated as average because it could've have been much more funny and less sophomoric. Worth the look.
Took my 10 yr old daughter & we both thought this was quite entertaining & very funny. Great action scenes and the language was not as bad as they make you believe. Go see it, definitely worth the price of admission full or discounted.
This movie was a modern version of planes, trains, & automobiles but with more mature humor. Do not take children & parents with teens may be uncomfortable at times. Otherwise fun movie as a matinee but not for full price. Downey is better than the movie but did an excellent job & is what makes the movie worth watching.
This movie, like many others coming out nowadays, is not for toddlers. Not because of the story line but because it's just not made for their age group. Just because a movie is a cartoon does not make it appropriate for ALL ages. Parents please heed ratings & do your research. Older kids 8 & up will enjoy this movie & understand the basic storyline.
Let's all remember it's a movie, they come from space & land on Earth so let's not get worked up about how one has a harder time in school than the other in the way of fitting in. It's just a movie and believe me older kids know this & will just enjoy the entertainment.
Took a boy & a girl both 10 and they both liked it alot. Parents were just as entertained & lots of jokes/music added to keep parent's interest.
To truly like this movie you will need to watch the first or it will be BORING. Luckily, AMC TV ran the first movie for weeks before this came out so I was able to see it and glad I did. With that being said, if you are not interested in the financial world and did not see the first Wall Street movie then stay away from this one, you will hate it. It is too long, too boring and no one does a memorable performance. If you did see the first, you may like the inside references to the first movie. Really that's all I can say, nothing great about this movie. Was about 45 minutes too long and didn't make much sense otherwise. (meaning the story was boring and I was in the financial field for 20 years so completely understood that part but this was B-O-R-I-N-G.)
