In this feature, ten years hence from the last adventure with Woody, Buzz and the crew, the characters -- toy and human alike -- have grown in their humanity. The toys deeply love Andy, and love one another. At the beginning, we're not sure that Andy still has the deep love for the toys he did in the earlier movies, but at the end we see that he does. There are poignant moments where the toys remember their lost friends, much like we do in real life. It reminds us that nothing lasts forever, and to treasure our friends and families while we still have them around.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
