Excellent Musical

Thoroughly enjoyed Burlesque! The music was great and done well by both Cher and Christina. Plot line was not too complicated, but kept your interest. Good performances by all.

Great action flick

Ben Affleck has done a great job with the screenplay, directing and acting in this movie. It definitely keeps your attention with both the bank robbery scenes and the character development. Worth the price of admission!

Confusing, but good

This movie jumps around from the start. There is so much going on, it's easy to miss clues and lose track of what's happening. Lots of action. Good acting by Leonardo. Ellen Page seemed a little young for her role, lacked credibility. Better in Juno.

My husband reluctantly took me to see this movie. It was very enjoyable for both of us, with some good chuckles and fun situations. We both enjoyed an afternoon of light entertainment.

Fun, entertaining movie

This was a very enjoyable movie. My husband (who isn't all that much into "chick flicks") enjoyed it too. Meryl Streep is amazing - is there anything she can't do? Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin also do a great job. Lot's of funny moments balanced with a few reality spots. If you haven't seen it yet, go before it leaves the theaters.

Good, but mostly a downer

This is a good movie and Denzel Washington is excellent as always. Seemed a little more violent to me than it needed to be, which made much of the movie pretty disgusting. Good message, but if you want to be happily entertained, try something else.

Great acting with jumpy storyline

Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law are strong characters playing up the serious and "tongue-in-cheek" moments, but the action bounces all around. It tries to help by sometimes "pre-showing" what going to happen and sometimes "re-running" what has happened, but it all ends up somewhat convoluted. Loose plot with sporadic direction kept me from caring about the outcome. On the other hand, my husband and daughters all enjoyed the movie.

Hilarious good humor

My husband and I just saw this movie and it was great entertainment. Funny, without being gross, which we like at our age. Would recommend this to any audience if you just want a good laugh. John and Robin both deliver, and the rest of the cast is spot on as well.
