Avatar in 3D at the Imax changes everything. The visual effects are stunning and the story is amazing. Although friends have seen Avatar in 2D and liked it, I strongly recommend the 3D version. Watching the movie in 3D is an experience one step closer to being in the movie. The sound effects are also fantastic. Avatar in 3D is now firmly in the top 5 films I've ever seen.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
