Toy Story 3 should NOT have been given a G rating! The majority of the story is filled with dark and frightening suspense that had my child asking to leave. I kept promising the "happy part" but it came ONLY at the very end. The only laughter in the audience was from adults.
I am very disturbed that this somehow was given a G. Most likely for the sake of more profits by Disney. I am thoroughly disappointed with Disney/Pixar for targeting a G audience with a PG film.
Shame on them!
No, I do not recommend this movie.
